The Advanced Carbons Council provides comprehensive testing, verification, and standards development services for advanced carbon materials. We work with world-class laboratories to perform material testing and characterization according to internationally recognized standards including ISO, OECD, and ASTM test methods. Services include ISO/ASTM standardized testing (ISO/TS 9651), regulatory compliance and filing, verification and materials assay, Technical Data Sheet / Material Safety Data Sheet creation, toxicology testing, workplace exposure and safety testing, quality control testing, physical and mechanical properties testing, and application development and prototype testing. We administer the only in-person inspection and verification of advanced carbons production facilities. Working through international standards bodies including ISO, ASTM, BSI, IEC, IUPAC and others, we set international standards for advanced carbons, providing value to producers and users alike.
