6. Buyer Obligations

6.1. Buyers agree to:

• Provide accurate information when making inquiries or placing orders.
• Review product information carefully before making purchasing decisions.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with Suppliers.
• Comply with all applicable import/export laws and regulations.

6.2. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence on Suppliers.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others.
• Engage in harassment, threats, or abusive behavior.
• Use the Platform for illegal activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts.
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Platform.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MoreSuppliers or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8.2. Users grant MoreSuppliers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute content they post on the Platform.

9. Fees and Payments

9.1. Registration and basic use of the Platform is free for Buyers.

9.2. MoreSuppliers may offer premium services for Suppliers at additional cost.

9.3. All transactions between Buyers and Suppliers are solely between those parties. MoreSuppliers is not a party to any transaction.

9.4. MoreSuppliers does not process payments directly and is not responsible for payment disputes.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MORESUPPLIERS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT OR THE QUALITY OF PRODUCTS LISTED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MORESUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoreSuppliers, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.

13. Termination

MoreSuppliers may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
