Product Introduction:
The HS2 series of water-based inks are made by using high-grade imported environmentally friendly acrylic resins, along with appropriate functional additives and various high-grade organic and inorganic pigments. They are formulated through a strict dispersion and grinding process. This series of inks is suitable for tissue paper, coated paper, label flexographic printing, and pre-printing high-precision printing with requirements for high temperature resistance, slip resistance, and wear resistance. After processing, they are mainly applied to the outer packaging of paper products in fast-moving consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, electronics, etc.
Product Features:
1. Bright colors, good luster, excellent printability, high temperature resistance, and after applying pre-printing varnish, the anti-slip property is ≥ 21°. It has considerable superiority in pre-printing printing.
2. The ink layer is fine, the solid area is full, the dots are clear, the layers are rich, and the patterns have strong three-dimensionality.
3. The drying speed of the product can be adjusted, the printing adaptability is excellent, the viscosity is stable, and it is easy to apply.
4. This product is an environmentally friendly ink. During the printing process, there is no irritating smell, and the printed products will not leave any smell.

Usage Instructions:
1. Before use, understand the characteristics of this water-based ink and apply it accordingly.
2. The finished water-based ink can be directly used on the machine. Before using the ink, thoroughly mix it and clean the machine to avoid mixing it with other types of ink products. The viscosity of the ink should be adjusted appropriately according to the different speeds of the machine.
Storage and Packaging:
1. Store in a sealed manner in a cool environment at around 25°C.
2. Packaging specifications: 20kg per barrel, 200kg per barrel.
3. Shelf life: Regular color ink 1 year, metallic ink 3 months.
