The 2026 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) is set to take place from September 9 to 13 at the Shougang Park in Beijing, co-hosted by the Ministry of Commerce and the Beijing Municipal Government as one of the world's largest comprehensive exhibitions in the services trade sector. This year's fair features Norway as the guest country of honor and Guangxi as the guest province, alongside a new overseas-expansion zone showcasing cross-border legal, tax, and IP consulting, and nine thematic exhibition areas covering telecommunications, finance, culture, tourism, education, sports, transport, engineering, health, and environmental services. With nearly 2,000 offline enterprises—including Fortune 500 giants like China Mobile, Alibaba, and ICBC—and over 40 countries and international organizations confirmed to participate, the event will also host the Global Services Trade Summit on the morning of September 9 at Hall 1 of Shougang Park, gathering Chinese and foreign leaders to promote open cooperation and innovation in the global services economy.
